SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPMENT:
At RN Jewelry Inc., we offer various delivery options for the products and services you order. Please note that during the ordering process, we will provide you with the estimated delivery time. It’s important to be aware that we may divide your order into multiple packages and/or shipments. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, our general shipping guideline is that made-to-order products will typically be delivered within three (3) weeks from the date of order confirmation.
To ensure secure delivery, the package must be signed for by an adult person who is at least 18 years old. By accepting the delivery, the designated person is considered to have your authorization to receive the package on your behalf.
Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and will vary depending on your location. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any customs duties and taxes, which may be paid upon delivery based on your country’s regulations.
SHIPMENT LOCATION:
We will send the products to the delivery address you provide us with. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. It is necessary for you or an authorized person of your choice to receive the order in person. If you choose to have your order delivered to a hotel address, please be aware that we can only deliver to the person you have specified as authorized to receive the package. Under no circumstances can the products be delivered to the hotel reception.
SHIPMENT ISSUES:

RETURN POLICY:
As a provider of custom jewelry, RN Jewelry Inc. does not accept returns since each piece is specifically crafted to meet your unique specifications. We take great care to ensure that every detail of your custom jewelry is tailored to your desires and preferences.
Once you have placed your order, our team of skilled artisans and designers immediately begins the process of bringing your vision to life. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
